Developing and execute social media content that aligns with our strategy to engage and grow target audiences across our platforms. As part of our highly collaborative marketing team, you will join the efforts to grow and develop the overall brand and reach of Cafe 1040.

You will lead a cohort of young adults through a semester-long internship program. You will be responsible for shepherding and leading these young adults in spiritual and professional development. You will be teaching introductory classes on the Biblical basis of missions, as well as the specific roles that are represented in Cafe 1040. The goal of your position is to guide young adults to help them understand how their gifts and passions can be used to further the Great Commission in any career.

The Director of Marketing will discover and understand, through market research, the needs and wants of our target audience and help us strategize on how to meet those needs and wants.

As the HR Administrator, you will run our crucial HR systems that includes recruiting, hiring, and developing our staff of mobilizers and missionaries.

As the Grad Engagement Coordinator, your job is to maintain contact with our graduates after their completion of the post-field mentorship, participate on Partnership Committee, and document graduate stories and progression after initial graduate steps have been taken.

As a Student Mobilizer, your job will be to meet young adults who are interested in global missions and help them determine their best next steps towards active engagement with the Great Commission. 

Your primary job is to mentor students stateside before and after they go through our 3-month overseas program. Your will develop, encourage, and teach these students as they explore their role within the Great Commission.

Your job will be to provide administrative support to a Cafe 1040 Director by executing tasks and managing routine workflow. This involves working to coordinate and administrate a unique and diverse team. Part project manager, part administrative assistant, you will assist the Director in prioritizing and coordinating efforts across the team and the company.
