The process of getting people to the missions field isn’t as simple as deciding to go and then making it happen. There’s usually a variety of factors happening behind the scenes to help people get from their initial interest in missions to settling into a new culture in a different country. Much of this happens in an office. Few people think of an office setting when they think of missions, but for many missionaries, someone in an office was integral to their mobilization journey. One of our mobilizers had the opportunity to sit down with The Center for Missionary Mobilization and Retention and give some insight on their podcast into the day to day life of a mobilizer and how what many of us may perceive as mundane is an important piece of the mobilization process.
