The Operations Manager is responsible for representing the business in an official capacity in their country of operation. This includes: serving as manager of any liaison, representative, or branch offices and assisting with financial reports.

A Cafe 1040 Team Leader (TL) is a strong organizational leader with a natural bent toward developing others. Overseas TLs lead and manage teams in limited access locations to lead a generation to tell the story of Jesus where it has never been told.
