Missions Apprentice Coach

Missions Apprentice Coach | Full-Time

Southeast Asia

Apprenticeship Team Leader

Whether it was Silas, Timothy, Luke, or any of his other companions, Paul was always eager to bring young believers alongside him in his work to observe, learn, and participate in the mission. Our Missions Apprenticeship Program was created to reflect this practice. Therefore, this job has two major components that work hand in hand.

First, you will work alongside your teammates and national believers through our overseas business to plant reproducing indigenous churches in our city and surrounding region. Second, you will serve as a coach and mentor for a team of 3-6 apprentices who will be serving alongside you for a year in order to help them develop the skills necessary to reproduce what they’ve learned throughout the 10°40° Window.  You will encourage and disciple those under your care toward a life of godliness and spiritual maturity.  You will serve as not only a teacher, but also an example in life and faith for our apprentices as you bring them alongside you in your work as a missionary.
